Termite Treatment

Keep your home and business safe from termite infestations with product-based, method-driven termite control services designed for effective and long-term property protection.

Effective Termite Control for Long-Term Property Protection

Termites are silent destroyers that can weaken wooden structures, furniture, doors, windows, and other cellulose-based materials without showing visible signs until significant damage has occurred. Professional termite treatment is essential to detect, control, and prevent infestations before they cause extensive damage to your property.

At ReyVigilant, we provide comprehensive termite treatment services using appropriate inspection techniques and approved termiticides. Our experienced technicians assess the extent of the infestation, identify areas of termite activity, and apply targeted treatment methods based on the property conditions and level of infestation.

Whether you require treatment for an existing infestation or preventive termite protection, we customize every solution based on your property’s construction, infestation level, and environmental conditions. Our integrated termite management approach focuses on effective termite control while helping reduce the risk of future infestation.

Subterranean Termite Control Treatment (Post Anti-Termite)

Subterranean termites originate from the soil and can travel through buildings in search of food. They may damage wooden furniture, important papers, leather materials, walls, and other cellulose-based materials. Post anti-termite treatment focuses on identifying active termite areas and treating the affected locations using appropriate termite-control methods.

Stage 1: Treatment to the Walls

Termites can travel from the soil through different parts of a building while searching for food and suitable conditions. They may cause damage to wooden furniture, important papers, leather materials, and other cellulose-based materials.

Where termite activity is identified, soaking spray and chemical injection treatment may be carried out on suitable affected areas of the walls to control subterranean termite activity.

Affected areas are treated using appropriate anti-termite treatment methods, and visible termite activity is addressed during the treatment process.

Follow-up inspection and treatment may be carried out where required in the treated areas in the event of termite re-infestation, subject to the applicable service terms.

Stage 2: Treatment to Soil Under Floor

Where cracks or gaps are identified on the ground floor due to construction joints, expansion joints, or shrinkage, the soil beneath the floor may require treatment.

Suitable cracks and affected areas may be treated by injecting an appropriate anti-termite chemical emulsion into the required areas to help control termite activity beneath the floor.

Stage 3: Treatment to Termite Tubes

Visible and accessible termite shelter mud tubes are treated with an appropriate anti-termite emulsion and removed where required.

These areas are also monitored during follow-up inspections to identify any renewed termite activity and determine whether additional treatment is required.

Preventive Measures for Termite Control

Conduct regular inspections to identify and locate termite infestation at an early stage before significant damage occurs to wooden furniture and structures.

Keep wooden furniture approximately ½ inch away from walls, where practical, to allow easier cleaning and inspection.

Arrange termite control treatment promptly when signs of termite infestation are noticed.

Severely damaged or infested wood may not be restored through pest-control treatment alone and may require repair or replacement.

Identify and resolve wall or floor leakages and seepage at an early stage, as excess moisture can create favourable conditions for termite activity.

Keep areas around wooden furniture and structures clean and accessible for regular inspection.

Monitor previously affected areas for any signs of renewed termite activity.
